I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is great - within walking distance to the city center and has a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options to choose from. The hotel was very clean and the facilities were well-maintained.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The owners of the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. the food was exceptional, with a wide range of choices for breakfast and a delicious four-course dinner with exquisite wine options. the hotel was located just a short walk from the town center and had a breathtaking view of the mountains from our room's balcony. We also enjoyed the convenience of the downstairs boot room and free bikes that were available for us to use.
The only downside we can think of was the slow wifi connection in our room. this was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from our overall experience.

The breakfast was pretty good, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was also convenient, close to the town center and the ski slopes. The spa was also a nice touch, and it was great to be able to relax after a long day of skiing.
It was so slow that it was almost impossible to use. It made it difficult to stay in touch with family and friends back home, and also made it hard to do some work that I needed to get done.

the hosts were incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and ski lift, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. the room was spacious and clean with a fantastic walk-in shower in the ensuite bathroom. the homely Austrian cuisine served for breakfast and dinner was outstanding, and the boot room and spa facilities were an added bonus.
The absence of a bar area was a slight downside, but this was made up for by the welcoming atmosphere and friendly service throughout the hotel.
